I got pregnant with triplets.
“Three babies,” he kept saying. “Can you believe it, Shan?”
When Luna, Soleil, and Bodhi arrived, they were small, loud, and perfect.
The delivery was hard. My recovery was worse.
Still, once we came home, I did everything: feedings, bottles, laundry, meals, and cleaning, often at two in the morning.
Ryan went back to work and decided that meant his part was finished.
