The Legal Step That Moved Their Petitions Closer to a Judge’s Decision

 

As reported by the on July 13, Zahara and Maddox have completed a key legal requirement in their petitions to remove “Pitt” from their last names.

Court documents obtained by the publication show they published the notices required under California law before a judge can consider their requests.
