As previously reported, the drama began on a quiet summer morning at Senator McConnell’s home in Washington, D.C. At about 8:30 a.m. on June 14, rescue trucks suddenly flooded the peaceful street.

Two ambulances, a fire truck, and Capitol Police officers quickly blocked off the entire road. A nearby neighbor opened their front door to find an unexpected sight of activity outside.

According to a report by CNN, newly revealed  shed light on this chaotic morning. Neighbors watched in shock as rescue crews worked to manage the crisis.
