An indie reporter later published dispatch audio that hinted at the high-stakes situation inside. The recording indicated responders were called for an unconscious person experiencing cardiac arrest, with CPR in progress.
Witnesses saw responders wheeling a patient out of the home on a stretcher roughly thirty minutes later. The individual on the stretcher was covered in an orange foam blanket, leaving their motionless feet completely exposed.

One resident noted that the person was not wearing an oxygen mask during the transfer. Another eyewitness who saw the individual’s face confirmed that the patient was indeed the 84-year-old senator.
